Today I did my first long distance walk and walked around Wimbledon, via Wimbledon Tennis court and Wimbledon park, and even did a little run for the first time since last year back in September when I stopped, and it felt so good. I managed to find my stride instantly and now I have done that first little run I know I can go onto to running a bit more until I am fully back to proper running without walking at all, even though I will still do a long distance walk when I can.
This time around I have been loving it more than ever getting back into my fitness and so glad to have run, and I know I am on the way to a full recovery and even going to try a Yoga class too.
I am still working out to my home DVD’s too, and doing my dumbbells and squats in the morning. I will be posting a review on the workout DVD’s I am currently using, they are a great help as they do help build up your fitness, and being a mum now it is important that I can work around my duties as a mum to exercise as much as I can.
My eating more healthier has improved too, not eating so much chocolate or crisps but having my fruit and vegetables, with taking my vitamin supplement aswell, so lets see how it is in the next couple of weeks.
I will be posting more of my walks and runs, on my training to do a long distance walk for charity and the London 10K.
