When you have a busy life it can be tricky, but you can fit it in, even if it is 10 minutes a day, you can do it.

I love walking and fit it in after I drop my son off a nursery, and I will do the same tomorrow when I drop him off at school.

Instead of getting off the bus at the stop outside your house, get off the bus at the stop before, or depending how far you work, walk home.

I used to in when I worked in Kingston would walk home all the way to Epsom and even when I lived Wimbledon, I would walk home from Kingston to Wimbledon.

So lets get fit even in the Autumn we can still keep fit.
