The biggest life changing thing I have done, is exercise and would find ways around how to keep fit even if it meant going on a long distant walk.
However a lot of us have a lot of trouble trying to juggle everything that finding time to exercise can be tricky, but not if you find a good routine and use exercise as a habit like you would having that morning cuppa.
I train in the evenings after my son has finished school or at the weekends when I know my son will be playing football outside. My son has the habit of wanting to climb on me as soon as I start doing my core workouts, which I always like to begin with to get the blood pumping.
Some people find working out in the morning is better, as it gets it out of the way, and when my son was a lot smaller I did used to exercise and begin pumping dumbbells whilst waiting for the kettle to boil to do his breakfast and first bottle of milk for the day.
Finding a routine that works for you can really help find those five minutes free, even if it is walking to work, for example or exercising as soon as you get out of bed.
Doing five minutes each days it better than nothing at all, and build it up as you go.
If you miss a day then don’t fear, and make sure you download the Health App on your phone as this really has helped me, as I measure my steps on a daily basis, so I know I have done something each day.
