The 30 day challenge

Through the 7 minute workout APP I have decided to take on the 30 day challenge, and so far it is going really well. I am working out everyday, apart from when it gives me a rest day like it did yesterday.

It is little short spurts of exercises which you can easily do in your home and really been effective in helping me gain more energy.

Having diabetes has definitely taken its toll on me and I was feeling on some days I had no energy, but doing the 30 day challenge so far has helped.

The exercises it gets you to do are jumping jacks, press ups, step ups, squats and many more.

I will keep you posted on how it is as I continue on with the challenge.
