Here are some workouts I found on Youtube, which I have been currently been using, and thought I would share these with you all.
The first one is 1 mile walking exercise video, it does freeze in one section, but apart from that, really good workout to do.
The second one, is one I did tried out this morning and really helps wake you up in the morning.
Torch those calories with 20 minute HIIT workout
The next one is a really good 15 minute walking workout, which you can easily workout at home.
Another one by the same person as the last video I shared above, and this next one is a 7 minute slim legs workout.
If you like Pilates I did this 10 minute Pilates workout.
